MiFID II – ESMA and Consob’s operational updates and prospects for reforms – 22 and 23 November 2021 – Organized by Paradigma – Speakers: Francesco Mocci and Fabio Coco – Mr Francesco Mocci spoke on ex-post reporting, also with reference to the recent updates contained in ESMA’s Q&A , to the “Quick Fix” Directive, to the potential novelties that the review of MiFID II might bring, and to the guidelines on the reporting of costs and charges issued by Assoreti and Assogestioni. Mr Fabio Coco spoke on the subject of tech developments in the financial sector, also in the light of the Digital Finance Package, with particular reference to the novelties in the proposed MiCa Regulation on crypto-assets, utility tokens, e-money tokens and stablecoins.
