With the new reform that lowers the minimum investment threshold for non-professional clients subscribing for AIFs, the regulator recognizes the existence of a category of clients, the Private Banking ones.
This constitutes an important change that will significantly broaden the number of investors thus allowing savings to flow into the real economy at a time when there is a particular need for investment.
