Cryptocurrencies | The impact of the restrictive measures taken in view of the conflict in Ukraine on the world of cryptocurrencies.
With Regulations No. 394 and 398 of 9 March 2022, the European Union has imposed restrictive measures against Russia and Belarus such as financing limitations via securities, including therein also crypto-assets, thereby restricting even further the access of those countries to capital markets.
