Digital storage of data and information for AML purposes – 27 April 2022 – Organized by Paradigma – Speakers: Francesco Donadei and Fabio Coco – Mr Francesco Donadei spoke about the storage of electronic documents also in the light of the latest Guidelines of the Agency for Digital Italy (AgID) for the creation, management and storage of electronic documents, as well as about the storage of data and information with reference to the Bank of Italy’s provision of 24 March 2020. Mr Fabio Coco spoke about the provisions on remote customer due diligence with particular reference to the possible use of digital identity with this regard, to EBA’s public consultation on its Guidelines concerning the use of remote customer onboarding and on outsourcing within the banking sector, also with reference to the externalization evidenced within the Bank of Italy’s provision of 26 March 2019.
