Workshop: The structuring of the product governance policy for banking products – 3 May 2023 – Organized by Optime – During the entire morning Fabio Coco spoke about the obligations of manufacturers and distributors concerning product governance of banking products pursuant to EBA Guidelines and the Bank of Italy’s regulations, as well as about some critical issues emerging from the different types of banking products during the process of policy structuring.
