25 May 2023 – Fabio Coco spoke about the subject of tech innovation in the financial sector with particular reference to the MiCA Regulation Proposal on crypto-assets, various types of tokens, NFTs and digital financial instruments contained in the Legislative Decree 25/2023 recently converted into law, as well as about possible applications and issues that could derive from said framework.
26 May 2023 – Francesco Mocci spoke about incentives and the debate on their lawfulness, also in light of the novelties brought by the EU Retail Investment Strategy.
