Bonds | With the aim of finding a solution for the issues that may arise when issuing convertible bonds, Consob has brought in its Communication n. 1/23 of 3 May 2023 (preceded by a consultation period that had started last February) a minimal set of information to be provided to the consumers during the different operational stages, from the subscription of the agreement to its redemption. Will such disclosure requirements be enough to provide sufficient protection to shareholders and issuers?
