Market Abuse | The European Commission has issued a Proposal on 7 December 2022 which envisaged the possibility of amending the definition of “confidential information”, relevant for the purposes of disclosure of price sensitive information, and the creation of a non-exhaustive list of events relevant for the purposes of confidential information disclosure to the public and time required for publication.
