Issuers’ Regulation | In a context of hyperproduction on the part of the European Commission, Consob is proceeding to a revisitation of its own framework.
Indeed, on 11 February 2022 Consob has launched a public consultation on the proposed amendments to its Regulation No. 11971 of 14 May 1999 (Issuers’ Regulation) for the adaptation of the Italian framework to the CBDF Directive and Regulation on the cross-border distribution of investment funds and on ESG-related EU regulations.
