In the banking law field, the consumer credit sector has acquired specific and characteristic relevance with its own specialized intermediaries and specific regulations. In order to ensure that our clients receive the highest level of professional assistance, our Firm has, for quite some time now, set up a dedicated team which deals exclusively with consumer credit and carefully follows regulatory framework and relevant case-law developments. The team provides assistance in litigation to financial intermediaries such as banks and financial companies, both before the ordinary courts as well as before the Banking and Financial Ombudsman. In addition, it provides advice to intermediaries in the drafting and revision of agreements and pertinent documentation required pursuant to the relevant regulation.
