16 November 2022 – Mr Francesco Mocci will speak about ex-post reporting of costs and charges, also with reference to the recent updates contained in ESMA’s Q&A , to the “Quick Fix” Directive, to the potential novelties that the MiFID II review might bring, and to the guidelines on the reporting of costs and charges issued by Assoreti and Assogestioni.
17 November 2022 – Mr Fabio Coco will speak about the subject of tech developments in the financial sector with particular reference to the MiCA Regulation proposal on crypto-assets, utility tokens, e-money tokens and stablecoins, also in the light of the developments of the very recent FTX case.
