Workshop: Remote customer due diligence – 18 May 2022 – Organized by Paradigma – Sole speaker: Fabio Coco – Mr Fabio Coco has held a workshop dealing entirely with the requirements for remote customer due diligence in the light of the implementing provisions of the Bank of Italy and IVASS. The workshop also focused on the amendments of the 5th Directive, the news concerning the European Commission’s AML Package also in term of crypto-assets and on the proposal to amend the eIDAS Regulation to create a European digital identity, as well as on the EBA Guidelines concerning remote customer on-boarding solutions.
